Isaac Langrell was the son of Isaac Langrell and Unknown. He married Anne Lawrence, daughter of William Lawrence of Moyne, Parish of Carrigroe, Co. Wicklow, 30 January 1849. The marriage was solemnized at Moyne in the District of Moyne, in the Diocese of Leglin (which covers Co. Carlow, Co. Wicklow and Co. Kildare. Witnesses to the marriage were David Eager and William Langril, father of Isaac's cousin Sarah Langril.
