Annie Gregory

Annie Gregory was the first wife of Harry Thomas Barnard. She was born in 1856 at Hurstbourne Tarrant, Hampshire, and christened on 23rd November, 1856, at Old Basing, Hants (near Basingstoke). She was a dressmaker.

My wife descends through their son, James William Barnard who was born 22nd December, 1884 and christened on the 7th of that month at St. Leonard's parish church, Cliddesden, Hants.

Unknown Fosbury); Harry George Barnard (c. 25 February, 1883, St. Leonard's, Cliddesden); Ada Barnard (b. ca 1887, Basingstoke); Frank Barnard (b. ca 1889, Basingstoke); Edward (Ted) Barnard (b. ca 1892, Basingstoke), married Mary Unknown; Blanche Barnard (b. ca 1894, Basingstoke); Benjamin Barnard (b. ca 1896, Basingstoke); Alfred Barnard (b. ca 1898, Basingstoke).

Annie Gregory's parents were Isaac Gregory and Unknown. After Annie's mother died, Isaac married Ann Bashard (b. ca 1833) of Ichesstoke, Hants. They were married on the 17th of January, 1861, at Old Basing, Hants.

Following the death of her husband, Harry, Annie was remarried - to a Mr. Brown. The following photo was taken when she was Mrs. Brown.
